To get updates from people you are collaborating with via RSS, you just need to right-click on the RSS icon, select "Copy link location" ("Copy Shortcut" if you use Internet Explorer,"Copy Link" if you use Safari, "Copy link address" if you use Google Chrome) and paste the copied link to the program that supports RSS. This will allow you to stay in the loop without having to stay logged on to wrike.com all the time. Note that the RSS feed includes all active tasks from your workspace. Please do not give your RSS link to anyone because you cannot get it back. The RSS URL is generated by the system for a particular user and provided as is. There is no way to configure it, so you cannot stop the flow of information about a project/task to a person to whom you gave your RSS link.

The correct way to share information with somebody in Wrike is to share a task or share a folder.
