Wrike's Flexible Structures™ allow you to organize the plan the way that best suits your project. This helps you get good visibility into projects and quick access to the necessary information. Additionally, Wrike's Flexible Structures™ allow you to build multiple views of the same project. You can organize tasks by departments, teams, products, processes, etc.

Thanks to the drag-and-drop support, using of Wrike is as convenient as using your favorite desktop software. To move a folder, left-click on it, hold the mouse button and pull the folder to the place where you want to see it.

Tip to remember: When you put something in a shared folder, it automatically becomes shared as well. For example, if you move a project folder to a folder shared with your client, your client will see the project folder and underlying tasks.
