Flexible Structures™

Wrike's Flexible Structures™ allow you to organize the plan the way that best suits your project. This helps you get good visibility into projects and quick access to the necessary information. Additionally, Wrike's Flexible Structures™ allow you to build multiple views of the same project. You can organize tasks by departments, teams, products, processes, etc.

Let's say you need to assign to a freelance copywriter the task "create copy for the home page" under the "ourwebsite.com" project. At the same time, you don't want to share any other tasks from this project with the copywriter. You can easily do it in Wrike. Assign the task to the freelancer by typing his email address in the "Assigned to" field while editing the task. Your contractor will access his task only and will have no idea about other tasks on this project. Your own view and the copy-writer's view may look like this:

Your view Your copy-writer's view

Now let's have a look at the situation, when you are working on a "Conference" project together with a PR agency. In Wrike, you can easily share the "Conference" folder with the PR agency, without allowing your sub-contractors to view any of your other projects. Then your own view and the PR agency's view may look like this:

Your view Your sub-contractor's view
