Flexible Structures (Folders)™: Attach a file to a folder
|
Wrike lets you attach any kind of file to folders and tasks, so that everyone on the team has access to the latest version of specifications, agreements, brochures, logos, etc. In the upper navigation pane, press the "Folder Info" icon to switch to the folder details view.
Collaborative editing When you work on a document with your peers, each participant can contribute by uploading a new version, or editing the existing Microsoft office or OpenOffice document without downloading it to his or her computer. To upload a new file version from your computer, move your mouse over the link to the file to see the "Upload new version" link 1. After you upload the new file version, Wrike automatically renames the file to follow the original file’s name and to avoid any confusion. However, you can enter a new description for this file into the optional comment field. You also can delete the uploaded file by pressing "delete" 2. You also can attach Google Docs to your folders. Version control You can see previous versions of a file by pressing the small arrow to the left of the file name 3.
