Discussions

With Wrike, you can add comments to tasks not only online but also via email. This is a big step forward in project communications, enabling you to leverage the benefits of email and the web interface at full power.

(The feature is available with all subscriptions to Wrike, except for the viewer license.)

Tasks and folders in Wrike have a special tab called "Discussions" 1. There you can leave your comments 2 with images 3 and attachments 4 to the task (or folder) and view messages of other team members 5.

If want to add a comment to a task emailed to you or to a notification about the changes in the task, you can add a comment to the task via email without the need to log in to your Wrike account.

You simply reply to the email, keep (and other email recipients if you wish) in the TO or CC fields 6, and add your comment to the email body 7. Wrike will intelligently identify your comment and add it to the task's discussions 8. Wrike's Intelligent Email Engine™ cuts out signatures and repeated text and adds only your message as a comment to the task in Wrike 9.

If you add an attachment to your reply email 10, it will also be added to your comment in Wrike 11. All attachments to the comments are also visible from the "Files" tab 12. This lets you access important project information from everywhere.
