Create, assign and monitor tasks

By default, the task is shared with its author 1, responsible party 2 and the people with whom the parent folders 3 of the task are shared 4. You can share a task with more team members, so you can collaborate seamlessly on it. Choose the names from the drop down menu and separate them with commas 5.
