Create, assign and monitor tasks: Attach a file to a task
|
Wrike lets you attach any kind of file to folders and tasks, so that everyone on the team has access to the latest version of the specifications, agreements, brochures, logos, etc.
Collaborative editing When you work on a document with your peers, each participant can contribute by uploading a new version, or editing the existing Microsoft Office or OpenOffice document without downloading it to a computer. You also can attach Google docs to your folders. Version control To upload a new version from your computer, move your mouse over the link to the file to see the "Upload new version" link 4. After you finish uploading, Wrike automatically renames the file to follow the original file’s name and to avoid any confusion. However, a new description for this file can be added before uploading. You can delete the file by pressing the "delete" link. You can view any of the previous versions of a file by pressing the small arrow to the left of the file name 5. To download a particular version, click on its number at the beginning of each line 6. If you use Google Chrome, simply drag-and-drop the version link from Wrike to a desired location on your computer, and the file will be downloaded!
