Account Management

A typical Wrike implementation includes several people. Some of them are administrators who can add more people to Wrike. During the 30-day trial period, we do not charge you for licenses, so you can add as many users as you need.

(The feature is only available to account administrators.)

Wrike allows you to get the most out of your account by separating the notion of users and subscriptions. Since licenses to Wrike are completely transferrable, you can always reallocate them among your users to better fit your needs while cutting costs.

For example, you have 2 Collaborator and 1 Viewer subscriptions granted to your team members. If you need to turn the Collaborator into Viewer and one of the Viewers into Collaborator, go to the "Account" section 1, switch to the "User management" tab 2 and simply change the radio buttons near the users' names in the "Subscriptions" column 3. Don't forget to save the changes 4 made to the user subscriptions.

Or, for example, you bought a 1-year "Collaborator" subscription and granted it to one of your team members. After 6 months, the team member was promoted and needed more control of projects, while one of your managers quit. In this case, you can easily transfer the Manager subscription, by removing the old user5 and then granting a Manager subscription to the promoted team member6.
