Account Management
A typical Wrike implementation includes several people. Some of them are administrators who can add more people to Wrike. During the 30-day trial period, we do not charge you for licenses, so you can add as many users as you need.

If you want to change subscriptions of users in your account and add or remove optional features from your users, click on the "Account" link 1 in your Wrike workspace, then switch to the "User management" tab 2. In the tab, you see a table that shows you the number of subscriptions available 3, as well as users to whom you have granted those subscriptions and features 4. To update a user's subscription, simply click on the appropriate radio button 5 near the user's name. To add a feature to a user, mark the check boxes 6. Click on the "Save changes" button 7 to make your updates take effect. If there are not enough subscriptions or features, you can purchase more by clicking on the "Purchase subscriptions and features" 8 link. Please note that during the 30-day trial period we do not charge you for features and subscriptions, so you can add as many users to your account as you need and assign each of them features and subscriptions for free.
