Account Management
A typical Wrike implementation includes several people. Some of them are administrators who can add more people to Wrike. During the 30-day trial period, we do not charge you for licenses, so you can add as many users as you need.

(The feature is only available to account administrators.)
There are 2 types of administrators in Wrike: billing administrator and user administrator. A billing administrator is a person who subscribed to a Wrike trial on wrike.com and then entered credit card information to continue using the service after the trial. The billing administrator can purchase subscriptions and additional features that are allocated among users in the account by administrators. A billing administrator also has all privileges of user administrators. There can be only one billing administrator in account. A billing administrator can only be a Manager or a Collaborator. A Viewer cannot be a billing administrator in Wrike. If you need to change a billing administrator on your account, please let us know at . A user administrator is a user who can create new users in the account, as well as redistribute subscription and additional features among the users, but cannot make purchases or any other billing changes. There can be many user administrators in the account. Administrative rights can be granted in the "Account" section 1, "User management" tab 2, by clicking on the check box in the appropriate column 3 near the user's name. Click on the "Save changes" button 4 to make your updates take effect.
