Account Management
A typical Wrike implementation includes several people. Some of them are administrators who can add more people to Wrike. During the 30-day trial period, we do not charge you for licenses, so you can add as many users as you need.

Click on the "Add users" link 1 to get to the "User management" tab 2. There you see a table that shows you the number of subscriptions available 3. Users to whom you have granted subscriptions are listed in the table below 4. To add a user and grant him or her a subscription to Wrike, click on the "Create new user" link 5. Type the full name and the email address of the new user in the text boxes 6. Choose the subscription type 7 and additional features 8 for the user and click on the "Create" button 7. An invitation to join Wrike will be sent to the additional user. The invitation will allow the person to create a password and start using the system. Once the invitation is accepted, you will be able to assign and share tasks with this person.
