I don't know my Exchange Web services address. What should I do?

Ask your Exchange Server administrator to give you the address for your Exchange Server's Web services.
For example, the Exchange Web services address may look like the following: https://domain.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx.

Please do not confuse the Exchange Web services address with Outlook Web Access; they are different.

I think I have the right Exchange Web services address, but I am not sure.
How can I test it?

Try to open the Exchange Web services address from a secure computer outside of your corporate network. After the entering your user name and the password of your Exchange email account, you will see something like this:
