How can I share a task with an unregistered user?

To share a task with unregistered users, you need to grant them licenses to use Wrike.

If you are the account administrator, you can do it by going to the "User management" tab in the "Account" section and entering the email addresses of these people in the field. Once a person confirms his or her email address, he or she will be instantly added to your contacts.

If you are not an administrator, you can ask your account administrator to grant a license to the person to whom you want to assign a task.

If you are subscribed to the free version of Wrike, you can upgrade your account to the professional version, so you can grant licenses.
