Can I share a folder with several people simultaneously?
You can share a folder with as many people as you need. Simply list people's names in the "Shared with" field, separating them by commas.
If a person is not in your contact list yet, you can add him or her by going to the "User management" tab and granting a license.

If you are not an administrator, you can ask your account administrator to grant a license to the person to whom you want to assign a task.
