How can I copy/move tasks between folders?
Move tasks with the drag-n-drop feature.
To move a task, you simply click on the task bar and pull it to the appropriate folder.
The task is removed from the old folder and moved to the new one. In the picture, we are moving the task "discuss the trends session with B.L." from the "Agenda" folder to the "Applicants" folder.
If you move a task that is included in many folders, it will be removed from the currently open folder ("Agenda" in the picture) and added to the new folder ("Applicants" in the picture). However, the task will be kept in other folders in which it is included.

Copy tasks with the drag-n-drop feature: hold CTRL.
By holding CTRL on your keyboard, you can include a task in additional folders. You simply click on a task in the task list and pull it to the appropriate folder holding CTRL on your keyboard. The task will be added to the chosen folder while keeping it in the old folder.

of the full-featured Wrike professional version
Wrike is a B2B web-based application that takes the "killer app" of email and turns it into a next-generation collaboration tool. Why on earth do we need another collaboration tool? Perhaps because the ones that exist either don't have the best workflow options or they require we change our behavior to use them... or both."
