How does the notification system work?
Each Wrike user receives email notifications according to his or her personal settings. If you change those settings in your account, it does not influence notifications that other users receive.
There are two ways to customize your email notifications:
-
Set general notification frequency.
By default, you receive all notifications about the changes immediately.
However, you can change those settings in your profile. You can choose among receiving notifications immediately, as a daily digest or never.
-
Set notification type in each folder.
By default, you receive all notifications about the changes in tasks assigned to you and tasks that you have created.
However, you can specify the notification type in each folder.
-
Select the folder in which you would like to specify the notification type by clicking on the folder in the left pane of your workspace.
Click on the folder bar in the panel on the right to expand it.
Click on the "Edit folder" link.
If you want to receive notifications about the changes in all tasks that are shared with you within a folder, you can switch to the "All" type of notification. Or, you can turn off notifications in a particular folder by choosing "None," in case you are not interested in being instantly notified about the changes.
Notifications at the top of your Wrike workspace screen keep you informed about all changes in your tasks, regardless of your settings for email notifications.
Additionally, every Wrike user receives the daily to-do list via email. The list is comprised of overdue tasks and tasks planned for the upcoming week via email.

The service from Wrike has been fantastic. In the early stages, I wrote a number of enhancement requests. Each of those messages was taken with seriousness. [Wrike team] was continuously, promptly and courteously responding on each of the issues."
