How can I create tasks via email?
Put wrike at wrike.com in the "To" or "Cc" field of
your next email, and the task will be instantly created in Wrike.
The task is assigned to the recipients of the email in the "To" field. In addition, the task is shared with the recipients in the "Cc" field.
You and the email recipients can collaborate on the task on equal terms: change its description, duration and responsible party. You are aware of the task progress, thanks to instant email and online notifications. If someone forgets about the task, Wrike will send a reminder.
Wrike builds a timeline for you at the same time as the task is created. A timeline visualizes a project schedule perfectly.

Wrike is a B2B web-based application that takes the "killer app" of email and turns it into a next-generation collaboration tool. Why on earth do we need another collaboration tool? Perhaps because the ones that exist either don't have the best workflow options or they require we change our behavior to use them... or both."
