How can I assign a task to an unregistered user?
To assign a task to an unregistered user, you need to grant him or her a license to use Wrike.
If you are the account administrator, you can grant licenses by going to the "User management" tab in the "Account" section and typing the e-mail addresses of these people in the entry field. Once a person confirms his or her email address, he or she will be instantly added to your contacts.

If you are not an administrator, you can ask your account administrator to grant a license to the person to whom you want to assign a task.
If you are subscribed to the free version of Wrike, you can upgrade your account to the professional version, so you can grant licenses.

The 'Template' option is a powerful addition to WRIKE's capability - further enhancing an already powerful time and resource management tool. I must comment and commend the WRIKE Team for being so responsive to the needs of its clients. I continue to recommend WRIKE to my friends, and colleagues. Keep up the great work!"
