Can I assign a task to several people simultaneously?
You can easily assign a task to several people in Wrike. Simply enter their names in the "Assigned to" field, separated by commas.
If the person is not in your contact list yet, you need to grant him or her a license to use Wrike. You can do it by going to the "User management" tab in the "Account" section and typing the email address of the person in the box. Then click on the "Grant" button. Once a person confirms his or her email address, he or she will be instantly added to your contacts.
If you are not an administrator, you can ask your account administrator to grant a license to the person to whom you want to assign a task.
If you are subscribed to the free version of Wrike, you can upgrade your account to the professional version, so you can grant licenses.

of the full-featured Wrike professional version
The unlimited users feature is definitely one of Wrike’s strongest. I tend to have more of the one-off projects that require a short period of collaboration between users in different parts of the world."
