Using your imagination can sometimes be easier said than done. As a kid, being creative comes with ease and encouragement. As an adult, it becomes more of an expectation. Sometimes, that creative block can get the best of you and you're stuck thinking in circles. You seek inspiration but just find yourself retreading the same boring ideas. As a writer, I've had to (ironically) be creative about being creative. I came up with the B.U.I.L.D model to help me break through creative blocks and soldier on with the typing.
