Color-code Folders
to Locate Them More Easily!

Published by Anne   |  Wednesday, 20 June, 2012
We have good news for those of you who are visual learners. Now you can add more colors and icons to your workspace. If you are making the most of your folders in Wrike and use them as tags, custom statuses, categories, etc., you might have dozens of them! To help you find your way faster and easier, we released color-coding for folders, so you can highlight the most important ones.

This new feature has been available in Wrike project management software for some time now, and we hope that many of you have already enjoyed bringing more colors into your workspace. All you need in order to put an emphasis on a folder is to right-click on it and pick a color. It’s as simple as that!

Like always in Wrike, the changes will become instantly visible in your team members’ workspaces, and you all have the same picture.

So if you want your team members to pay more attention to a specific folder, color it red (or another favorite color), and all the users will know that it contains important information.

Color-coding is consistent across your workspace. In case you put one task simultaneously in several folders and the function of tags is assigned to the folder names, you will easily spot in your task list which folders the task belongs to.

Spot your CRM content easily.

Do you manage leads and contacts as tasks in a specific folder? Then you’ll definitely like the “person” icon, which you can find in the same section as the colors.

Try it and see how simple and handy it is. Color up your Wrike workspace now!
