If you are a Wrike account administrator, simply go to your account settings by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the workspace. Then, in the Account management tab, click on the “Backup” button. This way, you’ll be able to save a copy of all the data that is shared with you in Wrike project management software at your local drive.

On top of this, you also may use our time-honored export to Excel feature. With its help, you can easily export all your tasks with their statuses, priorities, dependencies, assignees, start dates and due dates in the Excel format.
