You can organize your projects hierarchically in Wrike and then build reports at any level. This allows you to keep a pulse on your project plan at every point. You can slice your plan and work on the tasks from a particular project step represented by a folder. From now on, you can also work on tasks from a particular folder and its subfolders as well.
To do so, you simply click on the "Show descendant tasks" option. Then, as usual, you can apply filters to tasks by priority, title, responsible party, status and date.
